Meet Mary Holloway

I’m Mary Holloway – sought after speaker, resilience coach, passionate foodie and the founder of Resilience Café and the Boom Bounce Wow resilience method. I learned the secret formula for leading a resilient life not in some book, but going through some really tough life challenges. These challenges led me to reach deep, and I discovered a way to push through the pain and come through better, stronger, happier and actually thankful for the experience. And you can too!
